Terrace waterproofing with polyurethane coatings

Issue:

As a precautionary measure for this newly constructed villa, waterproofing was essential to prevent future water seepage, cracks, and surface deterioration. Given the villa’s exposure to varying weather conditions, an effective waterproofing system was required to ensure long-term structural protection and low maintenance.

Solution:

SVC executed terrace waterproofing using polyurethane coating, a flexible and highly durable solution. The process involved thorough surface preparation, application of a primer coat, and multiple layers of high-performance polyurethane waterproofing. This method created a strong, UV-resistant, and watertight membrane, ensuring superior protection against moisture infiltration and environmental wear.
