Waterproofing Using Acrylic Coat

Requirement:
For this new structure, a reliable waterproofing system was required as a precautionary measure to prevent future water ingress, surface deterioration, and potential reinforcement corrosion. Ensuring a strong and durable protective layer from the beginning helps in maintaining structural integrity and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Solution:
SVC executed waterproofing using an acrylic coating, a flexible, UV-resistant, and highly durable solution. The process involved surface preparation, application of a primer coat, followed by layers of high-performance acrylic-based waterproofing material. This method created a seamless, breathable, and weather-resistant protective barrier, effectively preventing water penetration while allowing substrate movement.
