Waterproofing using HDPE with termination joint

Issue:

The structure was vulnerable to water penetration due to inadequate waterproofing, leading to moisture-related damage, cracks, and potential reinforcement corrosion. A reliable and durable waterproofing system was required to prevent leakage and ensure structural longevity.

Solution:

SVC implemented waterproofing using HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) membrane with termination joint to create a seamless and watertight barrier. The process involved surface preparation, precise HDPE membrane installation, and secure termination at joints to prevent water seepage. This method provided superior chemical resistance, flexibility, and long-term waterproofing performance.
