Scope of Work:

1. Waterproofing with polyurethane for the curved roof, balcony, and terrace garden
2. Waterproofing with HDPE and termination joints for the media room
3. Waterproofing with an acrylic coat for the toilet, kitchen, utility, and bathroom

The villas require effective waterproofing to prevent water damage and ensure long-term durability. We are applying polyurethane waterproofing to the curved roof, balcony, and terrace garden for better flexibility and protection. HDPE with termination joints is being used in the media room to create a strong moisture barrier. For the toilet, kitchen, utility, and bathroom, we are using an acrylic waterproofing coat to prevent seepage and maintain the villa’s structural integrity.
