Rehabilitation of Beam and Ceiling repair using Repair Mortar and Glass Fibre

Issue:

The beam and ceiling exhibited deterioration due to aging, water ingress, or structural distress. Cracks, spalling, and reduced load-bearing capacity indicated the need for immediate repair to restore strength and prevent further damage.

Solution:

SVC executed beam rehabilitation and ceiling repair using repair mortar and glass fibre for enhanced structural performance. The process involved surface preparation, removal of loose material, application of high-strength repair mortar, and reinforcement with glass fibre mesh to improve tensile strength and crack resistance. This combination provided superior bonding, durability, and resistance to further deterioration.

Steps of our Projects

Step 1
Surface Chipping of the existing concrete Beam
