This 4-year-old building has developed hairline cracks due to structural inconsistencies. Based on the recommendations of the client’s structural engineer, we are currently executing retrofitting and waterproofing work as per the approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. Our on-going work aims to restore structural integrity and enhance the durability of the building.
